The Great one once said………..
Well I can tell you the Flames took every opportunity to score on Saturday against the Wasaga Stars and they did so in style. Game four of the Round Robin Play Downs was a high scoring game that saw great team work, great passing and an overall great game by each and every member of the Penetang Flames Novice LL Team!
Great work by #15 Elliot D. who got a hat-trick, to #4 Aidan G who got not only his first goal of the Season, but scored twice and to #17 Spencer P, #91 Noah B and #9 Trent W who also each got a one.
A special mention to #3 Chad C who stepped it up and played offence for his first time this season and also got an assist. The starting line-up of #66 Finn B, #10 Nathan G and #11 Drew F, came out strong and set the tone for the game!
Outstanding work by our solid defence men, #8 Kyle B, # 13 Jackson C, #44 Owen D, #53 Brennan M and #93 Landon T who worked hard to ensure that our goalie #31 Ryan C got his very well deserved shutout!
