Penetang Minor Hockey Association

We are excited to announce the reorganization of Midland Minor Hockey Association and Penetang Minor Hockey Association into the new Georgian Bay Minor Hockey Association (GBMHA) has been approved by the OMHA for the start of the 2025-26 season!

Congratulations to the winners of our 2024 lottery and thank you to everyone who bought a ticket to support PMHA.  The proceeds of the lottery go towards additional player development and tournaments.

A few weekends back (Sept 20-22), the Penetang U11B Flames got their season kicked off by playing in the Midland Centennial Cup. With only a few practices under their belt, the young flames were glad to get things started against some stiff competition from several A level teams.  From the moment the puck dropped, the Flames demonstrated great team speed and a strong work ethic, setting them apart from teams in their pool. 

In advance of the reorganization information session on Monday, October 7th at 7:00pm at Penetang Arena (upstrairs), we invite you to review the newly released FAQ, which provides valuable insights into the reorganization process. This document addresses key questions and outlines the voting process in great detail.  We encourage everyone to read through the FAQ before the session to help clarify any concerns and come prepared with additional questions.
