Submitted By Duane Homick on Mon 11 18, 19
Congratulations to the Penetang Sand and Gravel Peewee Reps on winning the first tournament of the year for the association.  They captured the Huntsville Otters Classic on November 8th to 10th with a 4-2 victory over Walkerton.

Penetang knocked off the Minto Mad Dogs 2-1 in their tournament opener before falling by the same score to the Fort Erie Meteors.  In the final game of the round robin, Penetang beat the Arnprior Packers 3-0 to finish in second spot in their pool and advanced to the semi-finals.

Facing the unbeaten Clearview Canucks for a spot in the finals, the Flames battled hard and earned a 3-1 win.  In the finals, the Flames faced the Walkerton Capitals.  A 4-2 win earned the Flames the championship trophy.

Congratulations to the players and coaches.
