Big win for bantam LL Flames
When the Penetanguishene Foodland bantam local league Flames took a 1-0 lead just seven seconds into their game against the Collingwood Blackhawks on Sunday, the home fans knew it would be that kind of night.

After Jacob Poole gave the Flames an early lead, Gavin Marion and Dylan Lortie also scored before Poole wrapped up the first-period scoring with his second of the game.
Kyle St. Amant, Johnny Rankin and Mitchell Taylor rounded out the scoring as the Flames cruised to a decisive 7-3 victory.
Good puck movement in the offensive zone was the key for Penetang. Assists went to Marion (2), Poole, Lortie, Rankin, Owen Mealing, Marcel Dorion, Stephen Lefaive and Brandon Vajda.
McKenzie Louttit played exceptionally well in a defensive role, consistently finding himself in the right position to break up a Collingwood scoring chance.
Goalie Jacob Bernard earned the win for the Flames, who improved their record to 2-3.
